Collate means “to assemble in proper other”. We use this option when you have a number of pages to print. They are split into odds pages, and even pages. Collate will assemble them in proper numbering order.

It means that if you are printing multiple copies, it will print them as sets of documents, not sets of each page.i.e. page 1, page 2, page 3, page 1, page 2, page 3 and not page 1, page 1, page 2, page 2, page 3, page 3

  3. nontaxability says:

Collate means to put the pages in a certain order. For instance, if you were making three copies of a brochure and you wanted them sorted out as three copies with the pages in order.
