What file format should I make my document: from Open Office to Microsoft Word 2003?

So I typed an essay out in Open Office. I need to print it out at school, but they only have Microsoft Office 2003. What file format should I use that can be opened properly on Office 2003?

Try rt clk on file and open with word. I think I remember doing his once before I got free trial for word home office school. Before it expires just reinstall. Be sure to write down activate code and work offline when you do. Ive had mine for two years.I did this for same reason as you. Office is not as widely used as word and all the schools get it for free. Ask for a copy and you’ll save time and MBs of download $.I know many colleges do this for students, I don’t know bout h.s. Didnt find this out till I already got mine.
